Privacy notice
The short version: we only use your information to run Radial Link and to contact you when you ask us to.
Information you give us
When you request a demo or email us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry and message. We use them to respond to you and, if you become a customer, to set up and support your account.
Letters and recipients
To write and mail letters, we process the recipient names and mailing addresses you provide or select, and we check those addresses with the U.S. Postal Service. We use this information only to fulfil your orders.
QR code scans
When someone scans a Radial Link QR code, we log basic technical details about the scan — such as the time, device and browser type, and approximate location — so our customers can measure their campaigns. The visitor is then sent on to the page our customer chose.
This website
This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when you visit.
Notes you type on the Try it page are only used to draw the preview image. They aren’t saved.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your personal information.
- We don’t share it, except with service providers that help us run Radial Link (for example payment processing and address verification), or when the law requires it.
