The plain version: use Radial Link honestly, pay for what you send, and we will write and mail your letters.
Who we are
Radial Link is operated by Radial Link LLC. These terms apply when you create an account or use the Radial Link website, app or letter service.
Your account
Give us accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you add to your team.
Credit and payment
Letters are paid for from credit on your account. A welcome credit, when offered, is a one-time promotion and has no cash value. The price of a send is shown before you confirm it. Once a letter has been written and mailed, it can’t be recalled.
Your letters
You are responsible for the content of your cards and for having the right to contact the people you write to. Don’t send anything unlawful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit or deceptive. Our content filter may hold or refuse a letter that breaks this rule, and we may suspend an account that repeatedly does.
Letters are written by machine with a real pen and mailed through the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery times depend on the Postal Service, and we can’t guarantee a delivery date.
Tracking and QR codes
Each letter can carry a QR code so you can see which households scanned it. How you use that information, and what you tell recipients about it, is up to you and must follow the law. See our privacy notice for what we collect.
Our service
We work to keep Radial Link available, but we may change it, pause it for maintenance or stop offering a feature. Radial Link and its handwriting fonts remain our property; the content of your cards remains yours.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Radial Link is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses.
Ending your account
You can stop using Radial Link at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
