Create a template
Write your message, add fill-in fields like your client’s name or a discount, choose a handwriting style and card size, and check the handwritten preview.
Choose who gets it
Drop pins or outline an area on the map, enter an address for Radial Letters, or upload your contact list. Every address is verified with USPS.
Add credits and send
Top up your balance, place the order, and follow it from writing to the mailbox. Scans show up as people respond.
Common questions.
Are the letters really handwritten?
Yes. Every letter is written with a real ballpoint pen by one of our writing machines. Lines drift a little, letters vary, and there’s even the occasional scribbled-out word, so each note looks like a person wrote it.
Can I choose the handwriting style?
Yes. Pick from several handwriting styles when you create a template, and preview how your message will look before you send it.
Where does the QR code send people?
Anywhere you choose — a booking form, landing page or special offer. Each scan is logged, and you can change the destination at any time, even after your letters have been mailed.
Will the same home get my letter twice?
Not unless you want it to. Duplicate protection stops a home from receiving the same letter again within a window you set, and two-part campaigns can be limited to homes that received the first letter.
What goes on the envelope?
Envelopes are addressed by hand and can include a short teaser line — like “Special discount inside” — to get them opened. You can include your return address or leave it off.
Do you offer door notes?
Yes. Door notes are handwritten, single-panel notes without an envelope, made for you to leave on a doorstep in person.
Can my sales team share an account?
Yes. Invite your reps into a shared workspace, choose what each person can do, and share credits across the team.
